New modern style holiday house Vivendi is designed for people who prefer to spend their holidays with family or friends, prefer comfort, convenience and quality service. The house has its own large enclosed garden. It has maximum capacity of 6 people and it is ideal for families with children or for a small group of friends. The house contains a high modern kitchen equipment that will make preparation of your meals easier. Fireplace in the main room not only pleasantly heats up space in the whole house, but creates the unforgettable atmosphere and well-deserved relaxation. Owner does not live in the house and therefore we give you maximum privacy where you will not be disturbed by anyone or anything. As a bonus you will find surprise in the fridge and a bottle of wine for free.

Location

House Vivendi is located in a quiet part of the town Palúdzka in Liptovsky Mikulas near the bank of the river Vah. It is located just 10 minutes by foot from the town center. House has a strategic position near the most searched attractions in Liptov. For example SKI Jasna or Aquapark Tatralandia. In the town of Liptovsky Mikulas with many historical monuments, sports and cultural facilities, you will not find a better place to spend your holiday time with your family or friends.

  • Check-in from 3 p.m.
  • Check-out until 12 a.m.
  • Keys: By arrival you will be welcomed by Ruženka, who will answer all your questions and makes a short introduction of house rules. (phone: +421 907 143 554)

Cancellation policy

  • 7 days before arrival - full deposit returned (100€)
  • 3 to 6 days before arrival - 50% deposit returned (50€)
  • less than 3 days before arrival or not arriving at all- full amount of deposit kept (100€)
  • In case of cancellation of your stay you will be charged 5€ fee for international transactions
City taxes are included in price. Price is final.
